BOA, We rely on our volunteer Advisory Board for long term planning and industry trends that will keep our company ahead of game. Would you like to spend time as an Advisor for a really good cause? If you have business, marketing, construction, or other awesome expertise that could support our mission, we would love to have you aboard. 

Camp Counselors - Do you like to spend time outdoors hiking camping in nature? Do you like to mentor kids and support your community while being outdoors? Repsonsible for leading hikes, social activities and guiding lesson plans. Needs to be at least 18 years old. 

Residential Counselors: Work and live with clients, as well as staff. Responsible for recognizing and meeting the needs of clients, and working to develop a sense of community within the group and the Ranch. Staff lead at least one activity daily, incorporating Shamrock MMA resources into lesson plans. Participate in all camp activities and nighttime supervision of clients. Must show enthusiasm for having responsible fun. Needs to be at least 18 years 

Health Care Manager/Nurse: Licensed RN or LVN desired. Will consider EMT certified candidates. Experience with children and young adults. Ability to monitor health care, maintain records and supplies, implement health care plan and manage an established budget. Desire to live and work in a Ranch community. Ability to work independently, with little supervision, as well as with others, excellent time management skills. Also responsible for serving as a member of all camp management staff. Must be able to be a role model among peers. Needs to be at least 21 years old.

Natural Cook: Current Serve-Safe certification preferred. Work with OnSite Manager to estimate needs, and to order, receive and store food and supplies. Assist in training kitchen staff. Function as a general all-around cook for all meals and special events. Ability to plan and prepare foods for special needs groups and those with dietary restrictions (Vegan, Food Allergies, etc.) Maintain kitchen with a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. Experience as a cook, preferably at an outdoor facility or camp. Ability to relate well with others in a close community setting. Needs to be at least 21 years old.
